Deepa is a dynamic market research leader with over 20 years of comprehensive global experience including qualitative, user experience, quantitative and portfolio management. She has worked across many categories, including financial services, healthcare, tech, CPG, among others. Deepa’s insights work has guided innovation and product development, brand strategy, advertising and concept testing & tracking, customer experience insights & journeys, competitive analysis and usage/attitude/perception work.
Deepa has run engagements for leading global companies, such as Google, Meta, Netflix, YouTube, Visa, American Express, Fidelity, Abbvie, J&J, Allergan, Ulta, Kellogg, and Altria.
Formerly, Deepa spearheaded complex strategic qual and UX practices for Ipsos & GfK and, more recently, served as head of qual & UX for NRG.
Deepa has lived and worked in 4 different countries and brings unique global experience. Deepa has three master’s degrees, including two MBAs – one of which is from Ecole des Ponts, the oldest Grand Ecole in France – and a master’s in international relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University in Boston.
