Whew, this past year was the busiest yet for AspireUp!
We measure our success by impact, and by every measure, it was a record. Here were some of our accomplishments:
- Created a multi-year new products pipeline & brand strategy for a global leader in construction tools
- Developed a new brand strategy, market sizing, & segmentation go-to-market plan for a leader in recreational products
- Helped one of the world’s largest software companies evaluate its retail direct-to-consumer strategy
- Created a segmentation strategy for a world-leading B2B chemical distributor. The plan realigned the sales & service model behind the fastest growing, highest margin customers; simultaneously developed a rebranding strategy to strengthen differentiation & accelerate growth
- Following the completion of a brand strategy project for a multi-billion dollar construction products company, defined the current and desired future state customer journey maps and a prioritized customer experience plan to address deficiencies and help bring the new brand positioning to life.
- Helped a large paint manufacturer assess its market position across its business segments & identify new avenues for growth
- Uncovered new innovation platforms for a consumer durables company, including sizing & evaluating the full range of potential adjacencies for consumer interest, category attractiveness & fit
- Developed a plan for a large B2B technology company to strengthen its in-house creative agency
- Mentored ~75 CXOs but, truth be told, they actually mentored us!
