Anne Cramer

Senior Consultant

Anne Cramer is an experienced strategy and customer experience leader with over two decades of expertise in designing and executing transformative initiatives for complex global organizations. She is known for blending deep data analytics with human-centered design to drive meaningful improvements in customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and brand performance.

Anne has consulted for leading companies across diverse sectors—from healthcare to tech, retail to finance—including Cisco Systems, Delta Dental, Adobe, KraftHeinz, Volkswagen, and Salesforce. Her projects have spanned customer journey mapping, voice of customer programs, marketing strategy, and experience design for both digital and in-person experiences. Whether advising C-level executives or facilitating workshops in multinational environments, Anne is adept at translating customer insights into measurable business value.

As Co-Founder and Head of Customer Success at SuiteCX (acquired by QuestionPro), Anne helped build one of the industry’s leading customer journey mapping platforms. Her background also includes directing the CX Center of Excellence at Delta Dental of California where she drove enterprise-wide journey mapping and executive-level metrics strategy. She has taught and developed CX curriculum for CX University and serves as a mentor through the Business Council for Peace.

Anne holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Human Centered Design from Cornell University, and a Master of Arts in International Development from American University. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), and she has lived and worked in London, Paris, and Prague.
