Gannon serves as a Senior Advisor to AspireUp, and brings 30 years of experience in branding, growth strategy and general management at Fortune 100 companies. His career has spanned B2C, B2B and B2B2C industries across CPG, healthcare, insurance and retail across the US, Canada and globally.

Most recently serving as EVP, Chief Commercial & Customer Officer at Safelite, he managed a $3.5B P&L overseeing sales, marketing, customer experience, pricing, insights and analytics, and strategy. Prior to Safelite, as Chief Marketing Officer of Aetna, CVS Health’s $80B health insurance business, he oversaw marketing, media, digital, innovation and consumer behavior change efforts across Medicare, Commercial and Medicaid businesses. He also was instrumental in helping develop CVS Health’s care delivery strategy, including assessment of several multi-billion dollar acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, Gannon led marketing for Allstate, championing a digital transformation that resulted in significant improvements in Allstate’s marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty. Before that, he managed MillerCoors portfolio of brands including Miller Lite and Coors Light, orchestrating a turnaround of the Miller Lite brand by returning it to growth after 5 years of declines and surpassing Budweiser in market share for the first time in its history.
